Buddha referred to our world as the “unforgetting world” because we never forget objects of attachment. This mental stickiness or uncontrolled desire serves only to bind us to a destructive cycle that causes so much pain.

In this series, we will explore the habitual thought patterns that function to induce craving and reveal practical wisdom and meditations that help us let go of addictive behavior and find true satisfaction and fulfillment in our lives.
