6-7:30pm Purification Practice: Cleaning Up Our Act

Like it or not, we need to know that we carry on our own mind the potentials for the sufferings we experience. The good news here is that methods exist for upending these potentials. In this series we will take a look at Buddha’s teachings on karma, and learn the special method of purification through which we can free ourselves from those negative karmic potentials that give rise to our unhappiness. Because the actual nature of our mind is by pure, we can definitely free ourselves from suffering.
