Join us for this special after-school meditation and Dharma class especially suited for tweens ages 8-12.
The class will include one or two meditations, an exploration of a particular topic (e.g. compassion, patience, kindness, generosity) and a discussion on how we practice this in our daily lives.
Pre-registration is not required. All children in this age range are welcome.
