Meditation can transform the way we think, and the way we view the modern world’s complex issues. In this class, we will discuss teachings from Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book How to Solve Our Human Problems, which presents Buddha’s popular teaching on the Four Noble Truths, offering us clear and simple solutions to all our problems and guiding us to an oasis of peace within our hearts. In particular, we’ll focus on overcoming the problem of anger, learning how to develop and maintain patience when faced with even the most difficult circumstances.
