Lamrim means the stages of the path to enlightenment. In this class, we will practice all 21 meditations in Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s The New Meditation Handbook focusing on one meditation each week. Come join us as we deepen our practice together. The perfect way to let the stress and pressure of life melt away so you can return from your lunch hour feeling refreshed and nourished.
12:00 – 1:00pm Deep relaxation and breathing meditation followed by a Dharma teaching and a second meditation.
1:00 – 1:30pm Light snacks, convivial atmosphere, lively conversations.
