12-1:30pm Soup and Serenity

Huntington’s Soup and Serenity class is engaged in a series based on the teachings and meditations found in Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book Mahamudra Tantra, per the request of several students who regularly attend the class. The series stresses the interdependence of Sutra and Tantra teachings and the Three Principal Aspects of the Path. Come join us as we deepen our practice together. The perfect way to let the stress and pressure of life melt away so you can return from your lunch hour feeling refreshed and nourished.

12:00 – 1:00pm  Deep relaxation and breathing meditation followed by a Dharma teaching and a second meditation.

1:00 – 1:30pm  Light snacks, convivial atmosphere, lively conversations.
