The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful. When our mind is peaceful, we experience freedom from stress and we are able to cope with our daily challenges. Buddhist meditation has been used for centuries to help people develop balanced, peaceful, and positive minds.
Bring balance, peace, and clarity into your life. Suitable for beginners as well as advanced students. Everyone welcome. No pre-registration necessary. No one turned away for a lack of funds.
Our Sunday morning meditation includes snacks and refreshments following the class.
