All female Buddhas are the manifestation of wisdom, but Prajnaparamita is known as The Great Mother because she is the manifestation of the perfection of wisdom, a virtuous intelligent mind associated with bodhichitta, the wish to become enlightened for the benefit of all. Join us for a special Mother’s Day class where moms come free and we explore the enlightened qualities of Prajnaparamita and thereby learn that by relying on her we can keep a peaceful and happy mind all the time, control our delusions (especially self-grasping and self-cherishing), attain higher and higher levels of wisdom, eventually attain enlightenment, and be able to benefit directly every living being every day.
