In February we continue our series, New Year, New View first with an emphasis on relationships, and then on exploring the nature of reality.
The new year is a symbol of possibility – a time to bring in new ideas and a new direction. A new perspective can change everything! The tools of transformation within Buddhist meditation can help us make a profound shift in how we view ourselves, others and our world. We can become a calmer, kinder, wiser person… Our happiness begins to come from within. We can become a more confident and beneficial person… the light within us begins to light the way for others.
Beginners welcome. No experience necessary.
