Anger can destroy our health, our relationships and certainly our happiness. What is the cause of our anger and what is the solution? Can we be a powerful agent of change without anger? In this course, we will explore some of Buddha’s teachings and methods to free ourselves from this agitated, distorted state of mind, and learn how to harness the power of clarity, compassion and wisdom.
