How to Transform Life’s Challenges and Transitions Through the Practice of Meditation

Whether we choose it or not, change is always our dance partner! Buddha taught that all things change, and certainly we can see the truth of this as we age, when we get sick, and when we ourselves or our loved ones approach death. Can we learn to relate to these life changes in a peaceful, realistic way? Even in a way that is enriching and empowering? We’ll explore some of Buddha’s sage advice that can help steady us in challenging times, and take us to a deeper place of wisdom and peace.
