Awakening the Heart: Following in the Footsteps of Buddha

Sunday, Sept. 16
11:30AM – 1PM

The Spiritual Community – Sept. 16, 2018

Buddha is an inspiring example of what is possible for all of us. He shared from his own experience an inner path to true freedom and happiness – a path of development of the heart – through the practice of meditation.

We need to learn to carry our meditation experience into all areas of our life. A great place to practice this is within our spiritual community. Our spiritual friends bring us so much inspiration and encouragement, but also challenge us in so many ways. These challenges are perfect opportunities for transformation, development and awakening the heart.

No pre-registration required. Everyone welcome!
