Normally we relate to ourselves as if we are fixed and unchangeable. As a result, we feel stuck in our limitations. Buddha’s teachings on karma and emptiness, however, show the falsity of that view and instead give us a vibrant sense of possibility. We can change. Not just a little, but to an extraordinary degree. We can transcend those false limitations, create the life we want, and become the person we wish to be. We can even become enlightened!
