10am-1pm Meditations to Help Us Grow

Without inner peace, there is no real happiness at all. The more we control or mind, the more our inner peace increases and the happier we become. Therefore, the real method to make ourself happy is to control our own mind.
Meditation practices are the actual methods to control our mind. By continuously engaging in these meditations with joy and patience, we shall accomplish the ultimate goal of human life. Eventually we shall be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
This class is good for beginners and more advanced. There will be a break in the middle to give us two sessions.
