I’m Important, You’re Important

We feel a sense of connection and love for others when we enjoy the same song, hobby, or happy event.  We can also feel connected with others after experiencing tragic events that are similar in nature.  Feeling connected to the people around us elicits a sense of belonging and oneness that arises naturally from our shared experience. In this course, we will deepen our experience of the Lamrim meditation Equalizing Self & Others so that we can learn to cultivate a sense of oneness that is not dependent upon external circumstances.  Through repeated practice, our perception of family will begin to include everyone we encounter.
