Geshe says in The New Heart of Wisdom that seeing everything as manifestations of emptiness naturally frees our mind from delusions and causes our actions to be virtuous. What could be better than this?! In this course, we will meditate on some of the analogies Geshe-la presents in The New Heart of Wisdom so that we can gain the understanding, confidence, and familiarity to see everything that appears to our mind in a new way. Training in remembering an object’s true nature will help unlock the permanent freedom that is truly possible for each and every one of us. Beginners and more advanced practitioners are welcome.

Feb. 8 – Meditating on the sky
Feb. 15 – The coin is not other than the gold
Feb. 22 – The blue is not other than the sky
