Finding it hard to stick with a regular meditation practice? Learn how to make meditation a habit and how to make progress on your own at home. These classes will take you step by step through the process of starting and maintaining a regular meditation practice. You will be introduced to a few different meditations that you can reproduce on your own, and learn how to overcome distractions and improve concentration. There will also be discussion on how we can carry the insights and peace we gain in our sessions into the busyness of everyday life. This course will be perfect for the complete beginner as well as giving more experienced meditators the opportunity to refresh and improve their practice.
