Saturday Retreat

March 17 • 10AM-1PM

Going for Refuge Retreat

We know from experience that the external everyday things of this world – our jobs, relationships, possessions, status, etc. – cannot supply us with real security or happiness. All of these things are fleeting. Finally, they vanish altogether. Establishing inner refuge in our mind and heart is the foundation for experiencing freedom and joy in the present moment and in the future.

In this retreat, Lynda Rice will explain the nourishing practice of going for refuge to Buddha, Dharma and Sangha everyday, the means whereby we enter into Buddhist practice.

This Saturday retreat is a supplement to our Sunday GP course in March/April dedicated to The Four Great Preliminary Guides.

Everyone is welcome.
