We sometimes let our minds wander to problems and situations that haven’t actually happened. Viewing the future through a negative lens causes us anxiety in the present and robs us of our peace and good nature. Through understanding our own minds, and exploring the Buddhist view of reality, we can gain confidence in our potential to change. We can then replace even our most stubborn habits with profoundly beneficial ways of thinking and living that lead to peace and happiness. In this series, we’ll learn to free ourselves from painful delusions and experience true peace and happiness.
