We all hold many wounds inside us – the pains of broken relationships, perceived failures, mistreatments, and disappointments that have occurred throughout our lives. These kinds of wounds cannot be healed from the outside through ordinary medicine; they can only be masked, or dampened, or pushed aside. True healing requires deep inner wisdom. Fortunately, Buddhist teachings provide exactly that. They are medicine for the mind – carefully crafted and presented to resolve the pains and hurts we all carry.
In our new Sunday series, we explore how practicing Buddha’s teachings can provide us with true paths to inner healing.
Everyone welcome!
