Living Your Happiest Life: The Bodhisattva’s Way of Life
A Bodhisattva is a friend of the world, who, moved by compassion trains in the six perfections: giving, moral discipline, patience, joyful effort, concentration, and wisdom. We aspire to improve ourselves to our highest level so we can help others. Training in kindness gives us the energy and inspiration we need for our own happiness and the ability to be of great benefit to others in our life.
In this series, we’ll learn practical advice on how to engage in the Bodhisattva’s way of life and to integrate greater empathy and kindness into our daily life.
