The New Meditation Handbook by modern-day meditation master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso gives us a direct path to freeing our mind from all negative, non-virtuous states of mind (delusions) and replacing them with joy. Imagine living your life from a place of deep inner peace all the time, even in the midst of adversity? Imagine yourself possessing the power of joy, which Geshe Kelsang says “enables us to accomplish spiritual tasks quickly and easily and makes our effort strong and courageous, like a child at play.” This class will explore meditations designed to help us tap into our innate inner peace which naturally leads us to feel more joyful for longer and longer periods of time.

Everyone is welcome. No previous meditation experience is required.
