Each week you will be guided in exploring practical and easy ways to integrate Buddha’s teachings into busy, modern life in ways that are relevant and inspiring! These ancient teachings are highly effective methods for reducing negative states of mind and discovering a sustainable source of contentment and peace from deep within.
There will be time for listening, contemplation, meditation and discussion to help encourage you to solve problems in constructive ways and to progress along your own spiritual path.
These weekly Tuesday evening classes and guided meditations are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditation practitioners. Please feel free to drop in on a class-by-class basis. Classes are held every week unless otherwise stated.
