Buddha teaches that our problems and suffering are states of mind. Although the true nature of our mind is inner peace we often get so wrapped up in what is happening externally that we feel tight and stressed instead of relaxed and spacious. Buddha’s teachings on emptiness help us to really relax. In reality our life is like a dream or an illusion, a mirage that appears but then disappears when we search for it. During this course we will use these analogies to learn how to apply Buddha’s profound teachings on emptiness to our daily life so that we can feel more spacious, flexible and open. Then we can really live lightly and enjoy life!
