There is no better time than right now to begin learning how to meditate!
In this new series we will explore the basics of building a regular meditation practice. What is meditation and how do we do it? How do we gradually improve our ability to meditate? How can we incorporate it into our life? How can it help us deal with the stresses and problems of daily life? We will answer all of these questions and have the opportunity to try two guided breathing meditations in each class.
This class is offered in person in Huntington and is especially suitable for beginners.
