Doesn’t it sometimes seem like the world has gone mad?!?
Between the external pressures we all face daily, combined with the inner noise that we experience all day long, it can sometimes get to be too much. When life’s pressures and circumstances become overwhelming, this feeling can easily manifest itself in the form of anxiety and fear that can easily take over our entire experience.
But what can we do?
In Buddha’s teachings we can find the answers we are looking for. Join us on Mondays at noon as we explore how applying the principles and practices of Buddhist meditation can help to become more at ease with life’s difficulties, obstacles and changing circumstances.
This class is offered in person in Huntington and is especially suitable for beginners and more advanced practitioners.
