In this series, we will be using driving as a practice to develop spiritual insights. On Long Island, we face many challenges with traffic and angry aggressive drivers. By using commuting as our daily practice we can begin to recognize, reduce and finally overcome our own anger. When we learn to drive with a peaceful compassionate mind, our normal commute will become a powerful practice in the context of our daily lives.
