With so many challenges and problems in the world, it may feel as if our lives our stuck, but in fact, we can change things. How? Because the way we experience the world depends entirely on our states of mind. Positive mindsets create a world of possibilities. The essence of Buddhist practice is to identify the states of mind that make us feel unhappy and gradually to replace them with minds that bring more inner peace and joy in life. This is really the key to a happy life. In this series, we’ll learn to free ourselves from the painful delusions and experience true peace and happiness.
