We all want to be happy, and feel peaceful all the time. Is it possible? Buddha’s teachings give us a clear and direct path to this goal. Is it possible to change the way we experience the world? When we meditate we tap into our “inner cool”, our inner peace, our Buddha Nature. Buddha teaches us that we all can change, we all have the potential for ultimate inner peace. The essence of Buddhist practice is to identify and let go of the painful, distorted states of mind that Buddha called the “delusions”, and allow our inner good qualities to shine. Each week we will learn a practical method to bring this about through meditation and daily life practice.
