In this course, Bob Rice will help us understand the nature, power and potential of our mind. We will learn how we can bring about positive change in our relationships and our lives through the practices of meditation and mindfulness. Bob will explore practical ways we can develop and maintain a light, positive state of mind in our daily lives, thereby increasing our inner peace, our ability to benefit others and our ability to make a difference in the world.
