Once we learn how to recognize the fearful states of mind within us, we can systematically work at disbelieving them through the practice of meditation until we are able to completely transcend all angst, doubt and despair. We can remove the basis of all fear by taking to heart Buddha’s wisdom teachings on the true nature of reality. Gradually, we will discover that the self we normally relate to and the thoughts and ideas we regularly identify with, simply do not exist in the way they appear to us. This revelation is a great relief; it immediately sets us free and puts us on a path to complete liberation; a path from which we will never look back. From this place of profound possibility, we can create the harmonious and abundant life we’ve always dreamed of!
