THANKSGIVING WEEKEND RETREAT
Meditations on the Mind’s Ultimate Nature
with Special Guest Teacher Kadam Lucy James
Please register in advance to be sure to get a seat.
Often we feel stuck in painful habits of thought, and our mind seems to us to be fixed and hard to change. Through Buddha’s teachings and meditations we can discover the true nature of our mind. We can quickly break free of these self-limiting habits and uncover our boundless potential for joyful transformation.
Whether you are an experienced meditator or a newcomer, this retreat will greatly improve the quality of your meditation. You will feel increasing peace and energy over the course of the retreat, and can then bring this back home and to work with you!
This retreat starts Friday morning and ends Saturday evening. Retreat sessions include short talks and inspiring guided meditations, with time to ask questions.
Session Times on Friday, Nov 24 & Saturday, Nov 25:
10-11:30am, 12pm-1:30pm, 3-4:30pm
