Letting Go of the Past Silent Retreat

We blame situations, ourselves, or others and remain trapped in a state of anger and hurt. Learn practical methods to let go of the past through this four-session silent retreat led by special guest teacher Gen Samten Kelsang, Resident Teacher at KMC New York.
